December 31st 2009: first due date
for the first release of Structural Funds!
C.d.I.E. suggests
an idea to better use resources
C.d.I.E. is working to support calls for proposals regarding all
possible projects for regional and national managing authorities, to reduce
the risk of a wrong use of the Structural Funds for December 2009. Actually
there are only few resources involved, while public and private actors have
already proposed coherent ideas for planning; these ideas may be useful for
the territory development and also useful to promote job opportunities in
order to guarantee the correct expenditure of funds. In particular those
Convergence Objective Regions have many problems and consequently need much
more help. C.d.I.E. made a lay out for training forms; these are meant to
be used as tools to analyse proposals to evaluate if they are feasible or
not, considering if they are coherent to regional programming and the
funding system.
